The Company: HTI is a renowned Executive Search Consultancy firm, specialising in serving the medical devices, biotech, diagnostics and pharmaceutical industries. HTI has six consultants of different nationalities, as well as Associates in other countries. The Head office is based in Paris.

The Position: In order to face the increasing demand of our clients we are looking for a (Senior) Consultant with indepth knowledge of the pharmaceutical / biotech sector, to strengthen our team. You will conduct executive searches for existing clients and at the same time broaden HTI's client portfolio by activating your network and carrying out business development activities. The Profile: Preferably you have previous or current experience in Consulting and Executive Search. Candidates with business development experience, with a good exposure to healthcare operations could be an interesting alternative. The qualities required include strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with strong team spirit. In addition, a proven ability to operate in an international environment and very good people assessment skills. Fluency in English a must, additional languages will be a plus.
