The Company: Our client is a market leader in the dental implant industry with subsidiaries and direct sales operations in all the major countries of the world. The company has a reputation for developing innovative products and a strong commercial growth culture across its organisation. France is seen as a key growth market in Europe, and the company has aggressive plans to develop it and resources to invest to allow it to reach its potential.

The Position: Our client is looking to hire a high performing executive to lead and develop a strong and stable team of 35 staff in France based in the Paris area headquarters. A strong sales and marketing background is essential to drive the organisation to make its objectives, but some previous experience of General Management would be desirable. The position reports into a Area Managing Director and the candidate will become a key member of the company's European leadership team attending several strategic meetings.

The Profile: The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and commercials skills. Dental experience is desirable but not essential although medical devices knowledge is a requirement.It is probable that the candidate will have had a graduate education probably in sciences and experience as a sales representative before developing their careers into a true leadership role. English as well as French fluent language and written presentation skills are necessary.The company is offereing an attractive and motivating remuneration package for this key role.
