The Company: Our client is one of the world's leading companies in cancer diagnostics. The company develops, manufactures and markets reagents, instruments and software for both clinical diagnostics and research use with core business is Anatomic Pathology. The French Subsidiary is looking for new talents to strengthen and speed up its development in the country market and therefore looking to recruit a:

The Position: SERVICE MANAGER - France Whom primary role will consist in planning, managing, leading coordinating and controling local service activites for the related country to ensure that required services are delivered in the most effective and efficient way possible – ensuring high level of customer satifaction and contribute to the achivement of short and long term comany’s commercial objectives. Contribute to the achievement of local specific service related targets. Pariticape in determning the Service strategy, policies, and guidelines for the Service business in accordance with company’s service strategies. Focus on achievement of specific Service related targets as defined for revenues, profit, service volument and quality, and high level of customer satisfaction.

The Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 5 years of Senior Field Service Engineer or equivalent experience and track record in the sector of Medical Diagnostic instrumentation or Life Sciences. Excellent verbal and written command of English (technical) Entrepreneurship, strong leadership and management skills Toubleshooting and problem solving skills Business oriented and strong customer service skills.
