Global Product Manager Heart Valves

The Company: Our client is a global company and leader in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. The Company develops, manufactures and markets medical technologies for cardiac surgery and for the treatment of cardiac rhythm disorders. The Group focuses on three major therapeutic areas that include: cardiopulmonary bypass (extracorporeal circulation and autotransfusion systems), cardiac rhythm management, and heart valve repair and replacement.

The Position: Closely work with the Global Marketing Team and sales forces to define and implement the the product launch strategy including KOL’s programm at national and international level. Produce necessary material/information for product launching and support for the “Heart Valves” at global level, working closely with local/regional product management and Global Marketing Communication. Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan including a detailed analisys of the Herat Valves Market and their competitiors. Prepare and present Forecast. Participate and represent the company to Italian and International congresses. Create and implement product training sessions to the sales force and provide additional marketing support.

The Profile: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: -High Education, ideally Biomedical Engineering -Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the Healthcare industry -Previous KOL managment -Must be fluent in English and an additional European language would be appreciated QUALITY SKILLS: -Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation -Team player -Results orientated -Able to work autonomusly -Flexible and able to adapt to different situations and environments -Good dose of Self motivation
