The Company: Our client is a fast growing US company quoted on NASDAQ that has developed and markets worldwide a revolutionary surgical robot using state-of-the-art computing, enhanced visualisation and highly specialised microsurgical instruments. Clinical applications focus on urological, gynaecology, cardiac, bariatric, general and digestive surgery. Over 5000 procedures have been successfully performed world-wide with its extensive installed base of robots.

The Position: CLINICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- IDF, France
This is a newly created position due to strong growth on the French market and reorganisation of geographical responsibilities. The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the development of instrument sales in the allocated Ile de France centres where robots are already installed, by increased procedure use and the development of new procedures.
You will train and update surgeons and clinical staff regarding appropriate handling of the system and encourage use in new, innovative procedures to further promote the use and reputation of the system.
You will establish a monthly sales forecast and assure a maximum number of interventions for each centre to achieve dynamic instrument sales.
Other responsibilities include presentations, congress attendance and regular contact with US-based engineers for further product development.

The Profile: We are looking for dynamic, high performing individuals who have good practical experience in attending surgical procedures including clinical support, preferably in one of the following areas: Urology, Gynaecology, Cardiac surgery.
At least three years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry is a prerequisite, however we are first of all looking for candidates with well developed sales skills and a high level of enthusiasm, drive, and will to succeed, plus the capability to generate confidence with customers.
Candidates should be fluent in French and English.
