The Company: Our client is a fast growing US company quoted on NASDAQ that has developed and markets worldwide a revolutionary surgical robot using state-of-the-art computing, enhanced visualisation and highly specialised microsurgical instruments. Clinical applications focus on urological, gynecology, cardiac, bariatric, general and digestive surgery.

The Position: The primary function is to expand the utilization of the system by partnering with the field sales team, clinical engineering and marketing to identify customers that can provide premier clinical training programs for surgical teams in an array of clinical specialties. In addition, the EMEA Training Director will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support to customer training initiatives.

The Profile: We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a proven training track record in established surgeon-led or case observation programs. He/she will have a confirmed experience in Training & Education in medical device industry, in particular in field of surgery. B.S./B.A. degree preferred or equivalent clinical/medical degree or experience. He/she should have an experience in writing, conducting and evaluating protocol procedural development; developing solid surgeon-led program in multi-specialties and multi-surgeon case observation program. The candidate will have excellent presentation and communication/ interpersonal skills, ambitious, intelligent, and creative personality and strong organizational skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, plus other European language(s) preferred as well as the ability to travel up to 70% of time.
