The Position: This is a newly created position within the AF/CRM Education team following the high demand for education and the success of the Customer education program. The candidate will, at least initially, have a shared responsibility in both employee and customer education, with likely emphasis on the latter. Both course delivery as well as organizational skills will be part of this multifunctional role. You will organise and deliver current customer courses and develop new programs for CRM. With regards to Employee programs, you will deliver and direct training courses and ensure that material is updated with the latest clinical data.

The Profile: Candidates should have good working knowledge of CRM / AF and have good experience working with KOL, preferably in a clinical education or related position. Experience in sales and/or
operational marketing would be an asset. Given the dualty of the role, candidates should have strong educational skills as well as strong social assets. We are looking for excellent communicators, who are confident speaking to a highly specialised audience.
Strong presentation and relational / social skills are required. Excellent English is a must; additional languages (Spanish) a strong asset.
This position may require considerable travel throughout Europe.
