The Company: Our client is a US Medical Devices Corporation listed on NASDAQ and a specialist leader in Periferal Vascular Access, and Oncology Surgery. The company sells it proprietary products through a direct sales force in France, Germany and UK, and as part of its expansion plans is looking to the numbers of direct regions as well as sales people in the field.Our client which is profitable and cash rich has set itself progressive sales targets that will be met by introducing new products in to the market globally and an aggressive acquisition strategy.

The Position: To drive the sales growth in Germany our client is looking to hire a strong National Sales Manager for the German region. The successful candidate will report into the VP International based in London and manage a salesforce of 6 Sales Representatives today and several more plannned for 2011 as the company takes on commercial responsibilities for additional products to be introduced.

The Profile: We are looking for a confirmed sales manager who has led a single use medical devices team in Germany and achieved success in reaching targets. It is essential that the candidate has excellent personable skills to develop close relations with key opinion leaders, is disciplined, ambitious and communicates both verbally and on paper in excellent English. An attractive salary and bonus package is offered with normal German benefits.
