Durch zahlreiche Kooperationen mit Kliniken und Krankenhäusern in ganz Europa wurden seit 1992 mehr als 70.000 Knochenallografts erfolgreich klinisch eingesetzt. Das Unternehmen ist heute europaweit zu einem der wichtigsten Partner in der Transplantation orthopädischer Allografts gewachsen.Die deutsche Tochter GmbH ist betriebsbereit und wir suchen zum Aufbau der gesamtdeutschen Struktur einen Country Manager Germany.

The Position: Position:  Define annual sales plans and financial margin objectives for the German subsidiary  Negotiate support and investments  Define priorities in terms of targeted markets  Define an efficient pricing strategy adapted to the local constraints  Assure that sales targets will be met  Monitor results and report each month on results and deviation vs. goals  Implement promotional tools, documentation and training actions within the initial budget  Attend to local and international specialty Congresses and Symposia  Participate to bids  Develop corporate presence and image on the German market  Personnel management including a commercial agent and sales representatives to be further recruited  Regular transmission of invoicing files to the independent accountant in charge of billing  Management of the local stock of products in relation with Headquarters

The Profile: A professional Medical Device background is mandatory with at least 3+ years sales management experience in orthopaedic surgery procedures Perfect knowledge of the German healthcare system (mandatory) including reimbursement procedures by the Krankenkassen/DRG system.  Comfortable operating in start-up environment  Good relationships / introductions with German Key Opinion Leaders (orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, reconstructive or dental surgery)  Fluent in German and English
