The Company: Our client is a NASDAQ quoted international medical device company working in the field of neurology.

The Position: The Area Manager plays a critical role in building and developing the sales in the region by strong leadership and direction for the regional sales team. The Sales Manager’s main responsibility is to provide field based leadership, coaching and overall by managing the sales team and by supervising and directing in the geographic area of reasonability very professional promotional and educative activities. The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting General Manager Europe in planning,executing and attaining sales strategies and goals within respective regions.

The Profile: To be successful in this challenging position, the candidate should demonstrate the following key competencies: · Proven track record in medical sales in a highly competitive environment · Experience of managing a successful sales team · Strong background in selling medical consumables · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Computer literate · Fluent at least in English in addition to local language
